There are several ways that students can get learning support at Cowichan Campus:
Writing Centre
The Writing Centre is staffed by faculty who offer free, one-on-one assistance for students in University programs. Appointments can be made from September to April.
Appointments are available online and in-person - refer to the schedule and booking instructions.
Math tutoring
Free, drop-in math tutoring
Wednesdaya, noon to 3 pm (starting October 16).
You can sign up for 30-minute blocks for help with VIU math courses. Sign up at the Reception Desk on the third floor of Cowichan campus. Location will be provided when you sign up.
Learning Matters
Learning Matters is a digital collection of resources to help you succeed in your studies. The site includes:
